Senior Lead Analyst, Supplier Governance & Performance Management

The Senior Lead Analyst, Supplier Governance & Performance Management will play a key role in strengthening supplier accountability, service performance, and stakeholder capability across EDT. This role will actively manage supplier performance for a focused portfolio of large, strategic suppliers while enabling contract owners and functional stakeholders to more effectively manage supplier performance across the broader supplier base. The role will lead structured service reviews, monitor contractual commitments and service expectations, drive issue resolution and corrective actions, and partner with Supplier Management reporting and analytics roles to turn supplier performance insights into clear actions and measurable improvement.

What You Will Do
  • Lead supplier performance management for an assigned portfolio of large, strategic EDT suppliers, including service review cadence, governance routines, performance expectations, SLA/KPI oversight, and continuous improvement follow-up.

  • Facilitate structured supplier performance reviews with suppliers, contract owners, EDT towers, and functional stakeholders to evaluate service delivery, contractual commitments, risks, issues, and progress against agreed action plans.

  • Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels, obligations, commitments, and operational expectations; identify performance gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Drive issue and corrective action management by documenting performance concerns, clarifying ownership, tracking actions to closure, and escalating unresolved or systemic issues through defined governance channels.

  • Partner with Supplier Management reporting and analytics roles to use supplier scorecards, dashboards, service level reporting, and performance insights to inform reviews, decisions, escalations, and improvement plans.

  • Enable stakeholders managing suppliers outside the assigned strategic portfolio by providing guidance, templates, playbooks, coaching, and standard practices for supplier reviews, KPI interpretation, issue management, escalation, and corrective action follow-through.

  • Support contract owners and stakeholders in understanding supplier obligations, performance expectations, governance roles, and escalation paths, while reinforcing accountability across Stryker and supplier teams.

  • Contribute to the continued maturity of the Supplier Management function by improving performance management standards, stakeholder enablement materials, governance routines, and supplier performance management processes.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business administration, Data Analytics or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 10-12 years of experience in supplier/vendor management, service governance, IT service management, sourcing, procurement, or related disciplines, with a strong track record of managing strategic supplier relationships.

  • Proven experience partnering directly with large-scale or technology service providers to drive performance, accountability, and business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of supplier governance frameworks, service level management, KPIs, SLAs, contractual obligations, and corrective action planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead supplier performance reviews, governance forums, issue resolution processes, and escalation management activities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret scorecards, dashboards, and performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and translate insights into measurable actions.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to coach, facilitate, and drive alignment across suppliers, contract owners, and cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex performance issues, risks, and recommendations into clear, actionable narratives for leadership audiences.

  • Strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, and relationship management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous service improvement.
