As a Senior Layout Designer (4+ years of experience in layout)
- You must have the ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts.
- You must be proficient using Cadence VXL on periphery blocks.
- You must have strong debug and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC & Layout issues.
- You must have hands-on experience in creating layout of critical blocks such as Temperature sensor, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator, Differential Amplifier etc.
- You must have good understanding of Analog Layout fundamentals such as Matching, Electro-migration, Latch-up, coupling, crosstalk, IR-drop, active and passive parasitic devices etc.
- You must have good understanding of layout effects on the circuit such as Speed, Capacitance, Power, and Area etc.
- You must oversee and manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing.
- You must have a good understanding of the Design rules and deliver with quality layout.
- You must deliver mid-size blocks, including signal and floorplan, in Core/Pitch and periphery area.
- You will work with Design and other engineering groups to apply multiple layout techniques for the design and verification of Array, Digital and Analog circuits.
- You must execute secondary layout tasks such as ECO, LCO and DFM.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with TD, Design, CAD, and layout teams to deliver on schedule with quality.
- You must have a good understanding of automation and leveraging AI tool proficiency to enable your work.

Skills Required
- 4+ years of experience in layout
- Ability to understand design constraints and implement high-quality layouts
- Proficiency using Cadence VXL on periphery blocks
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for LVS, DRC, and layout issues
- Hands-on experience creating layouts for critical analog blocks such as temperature sensors, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, LDOs, bandgaps, reference generators, charge pumps, current mirrors, comparators, and differential amplifiers

- Experience managing floor planning, placement, and routing
- Understanding of design rules and ability to deliver quality layouts
- Experience delivering mid-size blocks, including signal and floorplan, in core/pitch and periphery areas
- Ability to apply layout techniques to array, digital, and analog circuits
- Experience with ECO, LCO, and DFM layout tasks
- Ability to coordinate with technology development, design, CAD, and layout teams
- Understanding of automation and proficiency with AI tools
