Now we are looking for a Senior Lawyer. 

Your main tasks will be:

• Legal support of European, US, and foreign companies
• Incorporation, reorganization, and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.
• Registration of non-resident employees
• TM Registration
• Opening accounts in a financial institution
• AI issues

We expect from you:

•  3+ years of experience as a lawyer in international IT companies 
• Experience of opening bank accounts
• Experience in corporate law 
  
• Experience in processing residence permits in various locations
• Knowledge of IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU) (nice to have)
• Fluent English and Russian.
