We’re currently looking for qualified solicitors to expand our highly respected award winning Asbestos team in Cardiff and Llanelli. We act on behalf of clients affected by asbestos-related diseases such as mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening, helping them and their families secure justice and support during incredibly difficult times.
Key Responsibilities
Working alongside our Head of Asbestos, with over 25 years asbestos litigation experience, you’ll manage a high-value Multi Track caseload, handling all aspects of litigation from initial instruction through to trial, including complex cases issued in the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
As a senior lawyer within the team, you’ll also contribute to maintaining best practice by supervising and supporting colleagues on technical and procedural matters. This includes offering guidance on case strategy and ensuring quality and consistency in client care and case handling. While the role doesn’t involve formal line management, your expertise will play a key role in developing others and being a part of a collaborative team culture.
