Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Senior Information Technology Application Support Analyst (Level 3 Support) to join our Global Technical Application Support organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and deep diagnostics for our cutting-edge Digital Solutions applications deployed on cloud services, ensuring maximum stability and performance for our commercial and United States government clients.
You will join a high-performing, collaborative team dedicated to maintaining application excellence, driving continuous improvement, and supporting critical digital transformation initiatives.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead complex technical diagnostics and incident resolution: Take end-to-end ownership of critical application incidents by performing root cause analysis, managing deep diagnostics, and maintaining strong client relationships until full resolution is achieved.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive platform performance: Work directly with Engineering, Development Operations (DevOps), Product Owners, and Sales teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance platform stability and scalability, and seamlessly onboard new clients onto the digital solutions ecosystem.
Ensure operational compliance and service delivery excellence: Actively monitor system health and manage alert notifications while adhering to Information Technology service delivery standards, policies, and regulations across Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-level applications, with a strong background operating in an advanced Level 3 (L3) support capacity.
Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), on-premises multi-tier architectures, Linux operating systems, log analysis tools, and modern observability frameworks such as Datadog or Grafana.
Proven ability in root cause analysis, Information Technology service delivery (Incident, Problem, and Change Management), process automation, Python scripting, and utilizing ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
