  • Develop high-quality learning content across formats including facilitated sessions, self-paced modules, toolkits, frameworks, and templates that managers can put to use immediately.
  • Partner closely with People Business Partnerto identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions that are grounded in how the business actually operates. Use a train-the-trainer approach to leverage PBPs’ established trust and relationships in their embedded departments.
  • Build and manage vendor and facilitator relationships where external expertise adds value.
  • Establish metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and use data to continuously improve.
  • Contribute to the broader talent strategy by bringing L&D perspective to how we attract, develop, and retain talent at Dragos.
