We’re searching for a skilled Senior JavaScript Developer (Vue | Node) who thrives on innovation, autonomy, and building high-impact solutions. Join a growing Melbourne-based healthcare technology company that’s transforming how pharmacies and medical practices connect with their patients.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team enhancing a customer-facing platform that powers online bookings, e-commerce, and integrations with key medical systems. This is an evolving product suite scaling across Australia.

What are you expected to do?

• Product Development & Delivery
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions using VueJS, NodeJS, DynamoDB, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and QA teams to turn business needs into functional, user-friendly features.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement to maintain high development standards.
• AWS Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Deploy and manage scalable cloud-based applications on AWS.
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
  • Ensure strong security, compliance, and disaster recovery across systems.
• Operational Excellence
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Leverage automation and AI-based tools to streamline performance and development workflows.

• Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end delivery.
  • Support and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally within healthcare or e-commerce platforms.
• You are proficient in:
  • Front End: VueJS
  • Back End: NodeJS
  • Database: DynamoDB
  • Cloud: AWS
• You are confident in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
• You’re efficient in writing clean, maintainable, and code and are always looking for performance improvements.
• You have experience working in customer-facing platforms involving transactions, bookings, or integrations.
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating complex technical needs into business outcomes.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership from concept to delivery.
• You have an experience in medical booking systems, pharmacy integrations, or healthcare tech.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Vietnam. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Vietnam labor laws and employment regulations.

• You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
