Job Description
- Performance is key to our success - explore different approaches to tune our product up to the optimal setup.
- As a member of the Cluster Performance Engineering Team you will focus on Dynatrace Platform performance analysis and improvements, identify bottlenecks and resolve them in collaboration with development teams.
- You contribute to non-functional requirements improving the scalability and resilience of the Dynatrace Platform.
- You ensure end-to-end continuous performance test coverage.
- You work with our Site Reliability Engineering colleagues on in-depth-analysis of problems in production and constantly improve our automation framework for performance- and load-testing.
Qualifications
- Technical studies related toInformation Technology, Computer Scienceor similar
- Experiencein Java backend software developmentand Linux system engineering with a cloud native mindset
- Expertise with some of the following technologies is beneficial: Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Gatling, Jenkins
- Basic knowledge of load-testing, performance diagnosis and Java profiling is an advantage. Ideally you have heard about object-churn and heap-dump-analysis
- Passion for performance optimization
