We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Oracle EPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client needs, including setting up consolidation rules, reconciliation formats, and risk control matrices.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
- Create and deliver training materials to end-users and system administrators.
Recommended Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience as Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant
- Must to have experience on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.
- Good to have Java full stack skills
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Go.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
- Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless setups.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
