Job Description:
- You will develop backend services for Synthetic Monitoring with focus on performance, efficiency and scalability
- You'll work with the most popular Cloud Providers
- You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation
- You will have one day per sprint devoted just to self-development and mentoring from best-in-class software engineers
- You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
What will help you succeed
- Strong expertise in Java (5+ years) and deep understanding of its ecosystem.
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Extensive experience working with relational databases, with a preference for expertise in MSSQL.
- Solid knowledge of Linux systems, including scripting and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and general DevOps practices.
- A team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in collaborative environments.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for solving challenging problems and delivering impactful solutions.

Compensation and rewards
We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

Base salary range - starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
