As a Senior Software Engineer, you're entrusted with a pivotal role in the development process, leveraging your extensive experience and technical prowess to drive the creation of complex, data-intensive software solutions. You will also be expected to embrace and leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and deliver smarter outcomes.
How will you make an impact?
Design and develop Web Applications, Web API’s & Background Services.
Implement and maintain high-quality code to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications.
Work with Specialist on Designs & then develop and integrate front-end and backend working with team.
Conduct code reviews. Make sure the developed artifacts are achieving security scans & code coverage KPIs.
Develop innovative ideas to address complex issues or future functionality.
Mentor/Guide the team technically.
Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools.
Proficient using AI tools in day-to-day work and good in context switching
Have you got what it takes?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or equivalent.
4-7 years of experience in software development.
Hands on experience on any of the AI tool like GitHub Copilot, Claude or Codex
Knowledge of AI driven SDLC
Experience in one or more of the following software languages: C#, ASP.NET, Dot Net Core, Angular 8- Full Stack developer, JavaScript / Angular, web standards (HTML, CSS, web API. Open to learn new tech stack on need basis.
Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting RESTful APIs.
Experience troubleshooting multi-threaded applications, mining through logs to determine patterns to identify potential issues and fix them.
Experience with developing services, clients, and multi-threaded software
Experience developing with SQL Server.
Experience with DevOps tools and processes-Git, SonarQube
Working knowledge of unit testing.
Working knowledge of object-oriented software design and design patterns.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
AI concepts: Agentic AI, LLM, RAG
Familiarity with AWS / Azure technologies.
Experience with telecommunications/telephony/call centers.
Experience with/knowledge of agile development processes
