DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
- Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (identify, attract, and retain key employees)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical jobs (Software Engineers (Python, ML, QA, Product Designers, etc.)
- Collect, analyse, and improve recruiting metrics and statistic
- Monitor a budget for recruiting execution
- Negotiate and prepare job offers for the final candidates
- Become an employer brand ambassador by driving a positive candidate experience
- Lead/participate in other HR projects (HR Brand, Internal Communications, Referral Program, etc.)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of proven high-volume recruiting experience in the IT sector (mostly in-house)
- Ability to work with specialized sources of candidate search (LinkedIn, forums, GitHub, networking, etc.)
- Ability to balance multiple tasks/roles at once, using sound judgment and prioritizing as necessary to accomplish company goals
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively to people with all levels of experience and backgrounds internally and externally
- Fluent English
