The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and results-oriented Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in executing our Connected HCM strategy by coordinating the integration of various Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex IT projects within deadlines and budgets, ensuring a seamless experience for our Frontline Customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of Connected HCM integration projects.
  • Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, communication strategies, and risk management plans.
  • Manage project resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to maintain project timelines.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop and deliver informative progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Development, etc.) to achieve project goals.
  • Provide regular status updates and participate in project strategy meetings.
  • Support the organization in meeting regulatory and security requirements during project execution.
  • Assist with KPI measurement, reporting, and cost-benefit analysis of technology projects and integrated HCM solutions.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Software Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ability to adapt to project needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project/ Smartsheet and creating KPI dashboards (a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is required.
  • PMI-ACP or CSM certification is a plus.
