About This Role:
As a Senior IT Project Manager for Infrastructure & Operations, you will lead large, complex programs or portfolios of projects, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies. Positioned within the Infrastructure & Operations team, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery and financial performance of your projects. Your role will be instrumental in driving cross-functional alignment and resolving complex issues that have a significant enterprise impact. By leveraging your expertise in project/program execution, you will help to advance our operational maturity and contribute to the evolution of our operating model. This position offers you the opportunity to shape and influence critical IT initiatives that directly support the success and growth of the organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead large, cross-functional programs with multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Own delivery strategy, sequencing, and execution model.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure predictable delivery of projects, driving accountability of workstream leads.
- Secure necessary resources, both internal and external, to meet project needs.
- Lead critical project reviews to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define and improve project delivery standards and best practices.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making across competing priorities.
- Manage program budgets and track financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on budget.
- Oversee time tracking to facilitate capitalization of labor costs.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years’ experience working as an IT professional – including managing projects and/or programs
- Experience of managing projects in Infrastructure and Cyber Security domains
- Proven delivery of large-scale programs and cross-functional/global initiatives.
- Demonstrated stakeholder influence at senior levels and driving organizational/process improvements.
- PMP certification or other project management certification.
- Ability to work with and manage third-party vendors.
- Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodologies, and familiarity with tools including MS Project, Smartsheets, and JIRA.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to manage projects in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and discretion.
- Proven ability to motivate colleagues and manage stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
