Role: Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation Programs

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite – 3 Days a week)

Job Description
As a Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation Programs, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that modernize business processes, integrate critical systems, and deliver scalable digital transformation outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, technology, and stakeholder engagement.

You will guide programs from initiation through go-live and stabilization, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive delivery excellence. Success in this role requires deep IT project management experience, strong Agile delivery expertise, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and a proven ability to lead ERP implementation or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology and transformation programs, including ERP implementations, system integrations, business process modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.

  • Drive Agile project execution across multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups to ensure alignment, transparency, and measurable progress.

  • Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage backlogs, sprint planning, release planning, user stories, reporting, dashboards, and project governance.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, assumptions, and change requests with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners.

  • Oversee requirements gathering, solution delivery, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, go-live readiness, and production stabilization.

  • Provide executive-level status reporting, project health updates, governance materials, financial insights, and escalation recommendations.

  • Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, vendor spend, and delivery performance.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives, transformation priorities, and enterprise technology strategy.

  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, delivery frameworks, documentation requirements, and governance best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, Agile practices, reporting standards, and program execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology programs.

  • Strong Agile delivery and Agile program management experience is required.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) is required.

  • Proven experience managing ERP implementation or enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong background in program and portfolio management, project governance, delivery oversight, and executive reporting.

  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, vendor relationships, and third-party delivery partners.

  • Strong risk, issue, dependency, change request, and stakeholder management experience.

  • Experience overseeing requirements, solution delivery, system integration testing, UAT, release planning, deployment, and stabilization activities.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and delivery partners.

  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or similar ERP solutions preferred.

  • Experience in Utility, Energy, Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, or related industries preferred.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

The base salary for this position is $92,250 to $125,000 plus, incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
