The Senior Portfolio Management Professional collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Senior Portfolio Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Portfolio Management Professional collaborates with IT Leadership, Technology Business Management team and the IT Productivity team to deliver and align IT cost allocations for the organization. The Senior Portfolio Management Professional work assignments involve leading moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. They will be expected to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. Bring expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on company and external data analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understands all project and program management disciplines and their key activities, processes, and artifacts.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively report the status of programs, initiatives and projects to senior and executive management.
- Define, build and lead cross functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions which solve various problems in technical and business domains.
- Responsible for identifying and resolving data quality issues within our ServiceNow and Apptio environments, driving for full allocation of data.
- Working with our partners to ensure total cost of ownership for IT costs are as accurate as possible. Drive and influence IT Productivity strategy, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and help set direction for broad cross functional area.
- Define and own success criteria, including metrics and measurement, rollout strategies, and scalable operational plan.
- Identify and enhance operational efficiencies to enable faster execution and accuracy of cost allocation model.

Required Qualifications
- You must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship as Humana does not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, IT or a related field
- 10+years of experience in Program/Project and Portfolio management
- 8+years of experience in IT financial management, budget planning and budget development of IT Programs/Projects
- 5+ years of experience producing analysis, metrics, measurements and trend reports with a variety of tools.
- 5+ years of experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery.
- Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
- 5+ years of experience coaching and mentoring teams on project management practices including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall.
- 8+ years of experience in communication and working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
- 5+ years of experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership.
- 5+ years of experience and fully competent with the following tools:
- Office productivity software, including full Microsoft suite (Excel, Power automate)
- Project management software, Project, Jira, Visio
- Reporting tools PowerBI, Tableau
- Service Now, Apptio
- Agile Certifications (ie, CSM, ACP, CPO SAFe, LeSS)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Technical Project Management experience with data quality activities, ServiceNow, and Apptio
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience working directly with senior leadership
- Related Certifications, such as Six Sigma
- ServiceNow Certifications

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,800 - $144,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
