About the role

Reporting to our Principal Team Lead, the Senior Strategic Consultant - Middle Office is a key position within the Bullhorn Professional Services Team. As a Senior Strategic Consultant - Middle Office, you will work directly with our largest Middle Office customers to optimize their workflow and usage of the Bullhorn suite of products.

A typical day will include...

  • Assisting new and existing clients with business process mapping and business case analysis.

  • Consulting clients on Bullhorn and Staffing Industry best practices for Middle Office to enable system adoption and improve ROI.

  • Implementing pay/bill configuration, Adoption and Change Readiness programs for new clients, providing communication planning, and rollout strategies for Enterprise level customers.

  • Responsible for fit/gap analysis and designing a best practices pay/bill workflow that meets client payroll and billing requirements

  • Reporting regular progress to the Professional Services leadership team with regard to the status of ongoing Middle Office projects, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives. 

This role is a fit for you if...

  • 5+ years of payroll and/or billing experience, preferably in the Staffing industry

  • Knowledge and direct experience with popular ERP packages, such as ADP, UKG, Workday, Sage Intacct, Great Plains, etc. 

  • Extensive experience interfacing with customers of all sizes within the SaaS industry or the Staffing Industry

  • Track record of improving key pay/bill performance indicators

Bonus points for…

  • Experience with reconciling timesheets to gross pay, gross pay to net pay and booking net pay to General Ledger

  • Experience with direct billing and VMS, invoice terms, discounts, surcharges, taxes, creating invoices, and tracking receivables

  • Proven leadership experience in payroll and/or invoicing functions

  • Previous consulting experience
