We are currently searching for a Senior IT PM – Mergers & Acquisition Integration (ERP):

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end ERP conversions and integrations resulting from M&A activities.
  • Oversee multiple simultaneous ERP integrations (2–3 at a time), ensuring high delivery standards across all workstreams.
  • Direct data extraction and load planning/execution, including managing mock loads and production cutovers.
  • Ensure go-live readiness by managing rigorous cutover schedules and post-integration stability.
  • Guide functional teams through complex project tasks, ensuring strictly defined timelines are met.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues inherent in high-pressure M&A environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle ERP integrations completed from start to finish.
  • Proven expertise in Data Conversion (extraction, transformation, and loading/ETL coordination).
  • Strong background in Cutover Management and Go-Live Readiness protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex integrations simultaneously.
  • Advanced skills in Issue and Risk Management within a technical IT framework.

Desired:

  • Experience with cross-functional M&A playbooks.
  • Familiarity with large-scale ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
