Role:

AgentSync’s products are built on Salesforce and AWS, effectively leveraging every aspect of those platforms and pushing the edges of what is possible within their ecosystems. We treasure stability, scalability, and customer experience as first-order principles, striving to create thoughtful, delightful user interfaces and seamless workflows. Behind the scenes, we build secure, scaled integrations into licensing database sources of truth (e.g. NIPR, FINRA), obscuring the complexity of licensing data through translation into an understandable, reportable data model.

We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and driven Sr. IT Operations Engineer to join our rapidly growing SaaS startup organization in Denver, CO. This role will allow you to sharpen your technical skills while giving you the opportunity to build new expertise as you provide support to a diverse local and remote staff. As a Sr. IT Operations Engineer, you will be expected to take ownership of high-impact projects and cross functional team deliverables, as well as mentoring those around you to help level up their skills. You will also have the opportunity to work with cutting edge software solutions, and partner with the other talented engineers around you to solve complex technical challenges, and help each other grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact and an escalation point
  • Establish working relationships with internal teams to understand, prioritize, and effectively deliver IT Support requests and projects.
  • Review and delegate high priority requests as required.
  • Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of complicated software and hardware issues to prevent repetition.
  • Establish processes and metrics to help identify areas of improvement, as well as celebrate the great work being done.
  • Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level; installing and upgrading software and configuring systems and applications in collaboration with other IT team members.
  • Manage user access related to the onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Deliver new hire IT orientation.
  • Develop and contribute to knowledge base articles for end user reference.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle management program.
  • Provide coaching and development for entry level IT support staff.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations and/or administration.
  • Experience in a high growth organization or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with common IT service management tools.
  • Experience with IT program buildout in a rapidly growing organization
  • Knowledge of Apple Products operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Previous experience administering identity providers like Okta.
  • Previous experience administering Google Workspace Suite of productivity tools.
  • Previous experience in managing and administering a centralized MDM solution like JAMF.
  • Ability to lead a project from inception, while delegating tasks to team members.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills involving complex distributed systems.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement listed here. We know that every person has unique strengths, and we focus on hiring for those strengths, rather than looking for someone who meets every bullet point listed.
