We're Looking For A: Senior Business Systems Analyst who specializes in NetSuite, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Salesforce. This role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience with these platforms, emphasizing the ability to measure and manage service levels, such as time to resolution and response. The analyst will also have basic project management skills to prioritize, plan, and implement system changes using a sprint structure. The role involves advanced system analysis, support, integration, and continuous improvement to ensure optimal system performance across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Systems Analysis and Support:
    • Conduct advanced analysis and support for NetSuite, WMS, and Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues and providing resolution on enhancement requests.
    • Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of these systems across the organization.
    • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for application support developers.
    • Provide hands on administrative or configuration support of Salesforce, NetSuite, and warehousing systems (as needed).
    • Maintain technical design documentation and support knowledge libraries for Level 1 and Level 2 support playbooks.
  • Service Level Management:
    • Implement and utilize frameworks to measure service levels, including time to resolution.
    • Analyze service level metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Project Management:
    • Plan, prioritize, and manage system changes and enhancements using a sprint structure.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    • Maintain project documentation, including timelines, milestones, and status reports.
  • User Training and Documentation:
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on new functionalities and best practices.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported applications, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance application functionality and improve user experience.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to NetSuite, WMS, and Salesforce.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • 5 years of experience in business systems analysis and IT application support with a focus on NetSuite, WMS, and Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to measure and report on service levels such as time to resolution and time to response.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, especially agile and sprint structures.
  • Bachelor's degree or a related field, or equivalent work experience (required)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT application support (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration (preferred)
  • Preferred Licensure/Certification:
    • NetSuite Certified Administrator
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)

The base salary range is $41.44-$55.29, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
