IT Business Lead APAC – Commercial Process Enablement
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Business Lead to join our APAC organization. The successful candidate will work closely with APAC Commercial teams, business stakeholders, and the global IT Delivery COE to support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and related IT systems.
This role is focused on commercial process enablement rather than traditional finance IT support. It emphasizes end-to-end Commercial and Sales-related processes, including Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, customer service, materials management, and project/service execution, ensuring technology solutions effectively support business growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings strong ERP expertise (SAP background required), excellent business partnering skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and sustainable IT solutions. You will be responsible for capturing AS-IS processes and designing TO-BE processes by leveraging global enterprise platforms and localized solutions across the APAC region.

How you will do it
- Follow global digital transformation strategies and lead regional assessments and implementation initiatives across APAC (e.g. ERP, e-invoicing, commercial systems integration)
- Act as an IT business partner for Commercial, Sales, Customer Service and Supply-related teams
- Perform business analysis, requirement definition, and design of future-state (TO-BE) commercial processes
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation by leveraging SAP and related digital solutions
- Participate in ideation activities and contribute to high-level process and technology roadmaps for Commercial enablement
- Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and end-to-end processes such as Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, delivery, and customer service
- Analyze and document business processes in service and product sales environments, identifying gaps and recommending system and process improvements
- Translate business needs into business requirements documents (BRD), system requirement specifications (SRS), and functional designs
- Coordinate and support solution design, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Partner closely with IT delivery teams to ensure aligned understanding, solution quality, and timely delivery
- Support change management activities including user training, communication, and deployment
- Contribute to application and solution roadmaps aligned with evolving APAC commercial needs
- Participate in cutover, migration, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization activities
What we look for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with 8+ years in ERP-enabled business process roles
- SAP experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD and MM modules is highly preferred
- Experience with SAP PS and/or CS modules is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of Commercial processes, including Order-to-Cash, pricing, billing, customer service, materials, and service/project execution
- Strong experience in business analysis, process mapping, and cross-functional requirement management
- Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and global IT teams
- Strong project execution and stakeholder management skills in complex regional environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
Skills Required
- At least 3~5 years of IT management experience with primary focus on AI & Data Analytics
- Strong experience in Business Analysis within product or platform-based IT models
- Solid conceptual understanding of AI solution lifecycles
- Experience working across multiple APAC countries and cultures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
