Tasks:
- Transform our client's business processes by identifying and implementing innovative AI-based solutions to continuously improve their efficiency, quality, and adaptability.
- Analyze and map existing technology-driven business processes, and design optimized ones using AI.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AI implementations.
- Collaborate with the development team, process owners, and mentor on creating and testing AI solutions.
- Create and maintain project and process documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with LLM/agentic solutions in production (not just PoC/demo);
- Agentic automation feasibility assessment;
- Agent workflow design (human-in-the-loop, escalation conditions), building metrics and evals
- Cost/TCO analysis
- Agents monitoring
- Excellent English and Polish skills

Skills Required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Production experience with LLM or agentic solutions, beyond proofs of concept or demos
- Experience conducting agentic automation feasibility assessments
- Experience designing agent workflows, including human-in-the-loop processes and escalation conditions
- Experience building metrics and evaluations for AI solutions
- Experience performing cost and total cost of ownership analysis
- Experience monitoring AI agents
- Excellent English and Polish language skills
