Senior IT Business Analysis Specialist
We will count on you to:
Plan, develop, and implement technology- and process-based solutions. Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and vendors to identify business needs, define process requirements and systems specifications, and implement solutions. Define requirements and deliver finalized products after agreement with client and manager. Handle delivery for Application Development and QA testing. Update and maintain requirement documents throughout application development life cycle. Act as subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice to internal application users on specific product tools to properly configure and run moderate to complex survey analytical projects. Run data analysis to evaluate application usage trends and identify improvement opportunities.
What you need to have:
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Science, or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or a related position. Employer will accept pre-/post-Master’s experience. Must have four (4) years of experience with all of the following: Managing global development and rollout of enterprise components; Leading Agile ceremonies by working with developers, testers, UI/UX designers, POs, and business stakeholders using Azure DevOps; Scrum board grooming, feature prioritization, managing user story dependency, and documenting action items and feedback every sprint; Agile/Scrum project management methodologies; Identifying roadblocks and working with support teams to remove impediments; Executing product roadmaps by working with technology stakeholders to finalize product backlog and release plans; Managing and spearheading Operational Acceptance Criteria (governance) process to evaluate operational readiness of applications; Managing financials and budget for portfolio by projecting forecasts, tracking actuals, and reconciling variance. Less than 5% domestic and international travel may be required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.
