Job Summary:
Provide functional and technical solutions and collaborate with a Global team. Engage with stakeholders to perform business analysis, implement IT solutions, manage code changes, and ensure alignment with technical and business objectives. This role requires collaboration with architects, developers, data scientists, and project managers to maintain efficient IT operations and enhance application performance, focusing on supply chain solutions.
What You Will Do:

  • Work with a team of 8 members within the Global Team/Vendor organization, developing functional expertise and ownership for mBOM/BOD(Manufacturing Bill of Material and Bill of Distribution) and ECR (Enterprise Capacity requirement) functional areas.
  • Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement IT solutions, ensuring full integration with existing systems.
  • Review and approve code changes to ensure compliance with technical and organizational standards.
  • Provide development teams technical oversight, feedback, and guidance, ensuring robust and functional solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers to define timelines, manage costs, and establish project goals.
  • Partner with architects to ensure IT solutions align with business and technical objectives.
  • In collaboration with developers and data scientists, ensure timely and effective delivery of IT controls for the EPPS team.


What You Have:
Effective Communications:

  • Ability to collaborate with an extended professional technology network to help effectively identify, plan, and accomplish technology objectives.
  • Experience providing direction and mentoring developers and analysts across various systems/applications, technologies, services, and solutions, preferably in the Supply Chain technology domain.


Application Design, Architecture:

  • Knowledge of application design activities and deliverables; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools, and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into technical application designs.


Technical Troubleshooting:

  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, or application.


Problem Solving:

  • Experiencing evaluating, learning, and advising on emerging technologies and their impact on IT and the business.
  • Finds and enjoys using technology to solve business problems and deliver enterprise value!


Considerations For Top Candidates:

  • 7+ of relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or related certifications
  • Experienced working with technologies that include AWS - Snowflake, Hive, PySpark and Big Data
  • Additional technical experience with Neo4j graph database, integration middleware technologies, and application architecture with strong Supply Chain knowledge.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and standards to ensure the secure design and implementation of technical solutions.
