En tant qu’analyste en gestion de projets TI senior (PCO), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gouvernance, la planification, le suivi et le contrôle d’initiatives technologiques stratégiques visant à soutenir la transformation numérique du secteur de la santé. En collaboration avec les chargés de projet, les gestionnaires et les instances de gouvernance, vous assurerez la qualité de l’information de gestion, l’application des meilleures pratiques et une reddition de comptes rigoureuse.

Responsibilities

Votre quotidien

  • Soutenir la planification intégrée des projets, incluant la priorisation, la gestion de la capacité et l'allocation des ressources;

  • Collaborer avec les chargés de projet dans l'élaboration, la mise à jour et le suivi des plans de projet;

  • Assurer le suivi de la portée, des échéanciers, des coûts, des risques, des dépendances et des bénéfices des projets;

  • Produire et maintenir les tableaux de bord, les indicateurs de performance, les rapports d'avancement et les analyses de gestion;

  • Participer à la préparation et à l'animation des comités de gouvernance, de suivi et de portefeuille;

  • Assurer la qualité, la cohérence et l'intégrité des données de gestion de projets, ainsi qu’effectuer le suivi financier des projets et contribuer aux analyses de tendances et au contrôle des écarts;

  • Accompagner les chargés de projet, les Scrum Masters, les Release Train Engineers (RTE) et les autres intervenants dans l'application des pratiques de gestion de projets;

  • Favoriser l'amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des méthodologies de gestion de projets et de portefeuille, tout en agissant à titre de conseiller auprès des équipes en matière de suivi, de contrôle et de gouvernance de projet.

Qualifications

Les clés de votre réussite

  • Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en technologies de l'information, administration, gestion ou un domaine connexe;

  • Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en planification, contrôle ou gestion de projets;

  • Expérience à titre de PCO dans au moins 3 projets TI d'envergure d'une durée minimale d'un an chacun;

  • Expérience dans la production de tableaux de bord, de rapports d'avancement et d’indicateurs de performance;

  • Expérience avec les outils Microsoft de gestion de projets et les environnements Azure DevOps;

  • Excellente maîtrise des pratiques de gestion de projets traditionnelles, agiles et hybrides;

  • Capacité à soutenir plusieurs projets et parties prenantes dans un environnement complexe, grâce à de solides aptitudes d'analyse, de synthèse, d'organisation et de coordination.

Vos atouts supplémentaires

  • Certifications telles que PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, SAFe, Scrum, Prince2, Prosci ou toute certification pertinente en gestion de projets, PMO ou outils Microsoft;

  • Expérience dans le secteur public ou parapublic, le domaine de la santé et des services sociaux, ou au sein des programmes de transformation organisationnelle;

  • Connaissance approfondie d'Azure DevOps, Microsoft Dynamics et de l'écosystème Microsoft, ainsi que certifications pertinentes en gestion de projets, PMO ou outils Microsoft (PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, SAFe, Scrum, PRINCE2, Prosci, entre autres).

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, administration, management or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project planning, control or management
  • Experience as a PCO on at least 3 large IT projects (minimum one year each)
  • Experience producing dashboards, progress reports and performance indicators
  • Experience with Microsoft project management tools and Azure DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of traditional, agile and hybrid project management practices
  • Ability to support multiple projects and stakeholders with strong analysis, synthesis, organization and coordination skills
  • French language mastery
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, SAFe, Scrum, PRINCE2, Prosci)
  • Experience in public/parapublic sector, health and social services, or organizational transformation programs
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, Azure DevOps and Microsoft Dynamics
