The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a Senior IT Administrator overseeing the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and providing technical leadership.

What you will do💡

• Manage and maintain servers hosted locally/cloud, networks, and IT systems.
• Perform system updates and backups to ensure system security and data integrity.
• Maintaining storage solution & server backups and restoration of backups
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, access points, NVR & Camera’s).
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and security.
• Implement and maintain VPNs for remote access.
• Ensure IT systems comply with security standards.
• Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Implement, manage & oversee access control, firewalls, and antivirus systems.
• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams globally.
• Oversee the helpdesk team and escalate complex issues.
• Train staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs.
• Ensure scalability of IT systems for future growth.
• Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
• Manage third-party service providers and ensure SLAs are met.

What Are We Looking For❓

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Any extra certificate in the same field is a plus.
• 4-5+ years of experience in IT administration or related roles.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues & solve problems.
• Proficiency in collaboration and communication with cross functional teams.
• Experience in managing various IT projects & migrations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
