Job Description:
Dimensional’s Investment Solutions Group (ISG) acts as a source of specialized investment knowledge that delivers thought leadership, education, and analysis to our clients through face-to-face interactions and compelling, informative content.
Within ISG, the Investment Solutions Operations team is responsible for creating, refining, and executing innovative operational solutions that streamline and scale the production, upkeep, and distribution of investment content collateral that supports Dimensional’s sales and client service efforts.
Reporting to the Head of Investment Solutions Operations, this role will be responsible for improving and maintaining critical production workflows for investment content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record leading large-scale content management and automation initiatives; and a comprehensive understanding of the upstream and downstream dependencies, regulatory considerations, contemporary technologies, and suite of programming and mark-up languages that distinguish a successful and scalable investment content offering.
Key Responsibilities

Build, develop, and launch new production frameworks, systems, and mechanisms that reduce and eliminate manual processes involved in quarterly and annual investment content updates and distribution.

Plan, prioritize, and migrate large unstructured content components used in legacy PowerPoint, PDF, and digital content production workflows—to new, structured processes aligned to automation and templated design.

Lead collaboration with partners in Technology and external vendors by defining, communicating, and advocating for business needs regarding the use, advancement, and change management of technology solutions that support ISG’s operations.

Partner with investment content and data subject matter experts to improve the quality, agility, and scalability of ISG’s content production and distribution offering.

Work with the Head of Investment Solutions Operations and other department leaders to plan, scope and prioritize roadmaps for internal investment content repositories owned by ISG.

Support and contribute to the timely and accurate execution of updates to investment content maintained on a month-end, quarter-end, and annual cycle.

Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to junior employees.

Create effective tools and reporting that measure the impact and effectiveness of investment content collateral and the operational frameworks that support it.
Minimum Qualifications
-
10+ years of related experience.
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business operations, financial technology, content management or process automation.

Deep expertise defining business requirements and integrations related to content automation workflows, content management systems (CMS), product information management systems (PIM), or digital asset management systems (DAM).

Ability to create solutions, navigate ambiguity, and deliver large scale initiatives, with high levels of complexity in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with global asset management industry: clients, products, global regulations, and competitors.

Prior experience in the production and automation of data intensive, highly regulated collateral with a regular update cycle.

Broad understanding of the use and application of programming languages (e.g., Python, XSLT, VBA) and mark-up languages (e.g., XML, HTML) that can be used to scale the production of PowerPoint, PDF, and digital content.

Master’s degree is a plus.
