We are seeking an innovative Investment Manager to support our growing wealth operation. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, asset allocation and investment products including mutual funds and alternatives and structured products. This will be a customer facing role, so the individual should be comfortable presenting on investment topics to HNW customers and public speaking.
Responsibilities:
Prepare documents or information related to the asset allocation advice, house views for direct communication to advisors and clients or at internal and external client seminars and conferences.
Work closely with the overall investment team and fund management partners on the selection, due diligence and onboarding of new products and strategies.
Work with bank partners on the design and distribution of structured products.
Use inhouse digital tools to build separately managed portfolios for distribution to HNW and retail customers through our digital wealth platform.
Work closely with the inhouse distribution team to support them in delivering products and solutions aligned with their wealth needs.
Qualifications:
SFC licensed Responsible Officer for Type 9 activities. LR status for type 1 and 4 would also be an advantage.
7+ years of experience in research, asset allocation or advisory roles, within the asset management, wealth or banking industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and results.

Skills Required
- SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 9 activities
- Licensed Representative status for Type 1 and 4 (advantage)
- 7+ years experience in research, asset allocation, or advisory roles within asset management, wealth or banking
- Strong understanding of financial markets, asset allocation, mutual funds, alternatives and structured products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a focus on results
- Comfortable public speaking and presenting to HNW clients
