As a Senior Investment Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to investment professionals and senior management. This includes managing complex diaries, coordinating corporate access, arranging travel logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. You will also play a key role in upholding Fidelity’s brand and values through professional and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage complex Microsoft Outlook calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Access team to facilitate participation in company meetings, conferences, and trips.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking, logistics, visa applications, and expense claims.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials and maintain accurate records for reporting and metrics.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to investment professionals and act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support team operations during absences and collaborate across the Asia Coordinators team as needed.
- Participate in business improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives, including corporate and client events.
- Extract and manage data from internal systems to support investment professionals.
- Previous experience as a team or executive assistant in a financial institution is advantageous.
- Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and new processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders.
