- Manage and optimize the calendars of the Chief Strategy Officer and President, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of meetings and commitments.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the executives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Strategy Officer and President.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and correspondence related to the executives’ activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
