Angott Search Group is partnering with a $315 million credit union in the search for a Senior Investment Advisor.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced investment professional to help credit union members achieve their financial goals through personalized investment and insurance solutions. Working closely with licensed branch bankers, the Senior Investment Advisor will build trusted relationships, provide tailored financial guidance, and deliver an outstanding member experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of investment and insurance clients through relationship-based financial planning.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow investment assets and exceed business objectives.
- Identify member needs and recommend customized investment, retirement, and insurance solutions.
- Partner closely with branch teams to generate referrals and strengthen member relationships.
- Coach and support licensed branch staff to enhance investment product knowledge and referral success.
- Collaborate with marketing to host financial education seminars and member outreach initiatives.
- Stay informed on market trends and economic conditions to provide informed financial guidance.
- Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, insurance, and internal regulatory requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional member experience built on trust, professionalism, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of financial services sales and investment advisory experience.
- Proven success building client relationships and growing investment portfolios.
- Series 65 or Series 7 license required.
- Ohio Life & Health License preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong consultative sales, relationship management, and financial planning skills.
- Experience with the Schwab platform is a plus.
- Coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
