Senior Sales Representative

Responsibility

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives in the IC or key commodity markets
• Identify and engage with potential clients who require IC or key commodity solutions in China and other Southeast Asian regions
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the electronics technology to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market
• Participate and assist in ad hoc projects
   

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in electronics sales across trading, franchise, distribution, or manufacturing sectors is required. Candidates with significantly more experience may be considered for the Sales Manager position
• Extensive knowledge of key commodity is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
