The job roles and responsibilities are,
- Reach out to existing Foodhub clients active on third-party
platforms via calls, warm transfers, and following up on interest forms to pitch our
integration services.
- Onboarding - Education- Guide clients through the integration process, providing clear
"do’s and don'ts" for live operations.
- Proactive Post-Live Support- Monitor new integrations for the first 14 days using
internal tools to ensure a seamless transition.
- Full Ownership - Troubleshooting- Act as the dedicated point of contact for any
technical issues or escalations for the clients you converted, ensuring full resolution.
- Retention - "Save" Conversations- Manage cancellation requests by identifying pain
points and persuading clients of the long-term value of remaining integrated.
Requirements
