Mars is in the middle of multiple large scale transformation programs with complex integration needs. In order to drive the application integrations consistently for our segments, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Integration Solution Architect. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end integration solutions using Mars Hybrid Integration Platforms that seamlessly connect diverse systems and applications. The Senior Integration Solution Architect will be required to bring in deep technical expertise and strategic vision to drive adoption and implementation of our integration strategy for transformation programs ensuring alignment with business goals as well as program and enterprise level objectives.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience implementing cloud integrations in a large-scale ERP transformation program
  • Analyse complex functional and non-functional requirements to design right fit solution using documented patterns and standards
  • Drive reusability by applying composable architecture patterns
  • Hands on design and implementation skills in Azure Integration Suite or BTP Cloud Integration Platform (Relevant Certification Preferred)
  • Deep experience in implementing iPaaS, MFT, B2B, Hybrid Integration, Event Mesh, Messaging infrastructure, API Management
  • Knowledge of OpenTelemetry standards for Observability of integration solution (preferred)
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate integration standards and elicit integration requirements

  • Lead the design of scalable integration solutions, emphasizing standardization, scalability, security and performance.
  • Participate in evaluation and recommendation of integration technologies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable integration architectures.
  • Establish and enforce integration best practices, standards, and guidelines.
