Reporting to the integrated production director, as a Senior Integrated Producer, you will lead the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution, financial oversight, and partner coordination. You are expected to balance project management and production expertise, delivering high-budget, complex, and multi-market projects while driving efficiencies, mentorship, and strategic problem-solving. You will collaborate with Client Management, Resource Management, and Creative teams, being a trusted production lead while maintaining financial and operational control over projects.
You will have expertise in both project management and production and will lead more complex projects with greater autonomy. You will take on increased responsibilities in mentoring junior producers, refining processes, and ensuring delivery best practices.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead high-budget, multi-market projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, financial targets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Client Management to align on client expectations, lead status updates, and ensure seamless project execution.
Budget oversight and financial management – track financial health, manage POs, reconcile invoices, and flag commercial risks.
Partner with Resource Management to ensure appropriate talent casting and workload distribution across teams and external partners.
Manage large-scale content production, ensuring deliverables are optimized for multiple digital, social, and paid media channels.
Oversee localization and adaptation workflows, ensuring creative consistency across markets and regions.
Implement structured workflows and process efficiencies, leading improvements to best practices within Integrated Production.
Problem-solve in real-time, responding to production challenges with agility and solution-oriented leadership.
Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Be a trusted production partner to senior partners, both internally and externally.
Manage client escalations and scope discussions, ensuring agreement and communication.
8-10 years of experience within a digital marketing, creative, or production agency
Familiarity with digital/video formats and software eg. Figma, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
Familiarity with application of AI solutions in the creative production space will be an advantage
Experience working on global client accounts that integrate and utilise Gen AI will be an advantage.
Experience leading cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, working with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
Can work globally, understanding time zone possible effects for deadlines, communicating with marketers from other countries and being mindful of local preferences
Project Leadership & Strategic Thinking – Ability to plan, scope, and accomplish complex projects across multiple markets. And experience with project management software tools and Google Sheets
Advanced Production Knowledge – Understanding of digital, social, and video production workflows, including adaptation, transcreation, and AI-powered automation.
Financial & Budgeting Expertise – Ability to manage large-scale project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost reconciliation.
