Operations Team

We’re the ones building trust with every interaction—whether it’s a sale, a support conversation, or handling a claim. We make sure prospects and customers feel supported, heard, and cared for. Speed and quality matter to us, and we track our progress closely so we can keep improving. Looking ahead, we’re preparing for medical underwriting in 2025—another step in making our service even stronger. 

Your role

At Insify, we don’t believe customer support should be just about answering questions — we believe it should empower. Our customers should be able to run their businesses confidently, knowing someone like you is in their corner, helping make complex insurance simple.

That’s why we’re not hiring a traditional customer support rep — we’re hiring someone who’s excited to grow into an insurance specialist.

As a Senior Insurance Support Specialist, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers (via email, chat, and phone), helping them with P&C and MRP queries
  • Lead a team of insurance specialist in the French team 
  • Support customers in understanding coverage, claims, and policy changes
  • Act as the bridge between customers, our product teams and the insurance team
  • Spot recurring issues and suggest process improvements based on customer insights
  • Drive AI initiatives and help automate workflows within the operations department
  • Contribute to improving our Help Center, FAQs, and internal knowledge base

Your profile

  • You speak and write fluent French and English, and feel comfortable communicating professionally
  • You have experience in customer-facing roles in insurance
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in insurance and grow your expertise in P&C and MRP.
  • You’re curious and a fast learner
  • You’re service-minded and enjoy solving problems for others
  • You ask questions and want to understand how things work
  • You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments
