In essence, your role involves:

  • Executing ACT’s global innovation strategy regionally, tailoring it to market needs and opportunities 
  • Driving both incremental and disruptive innovation initiatives that create measurable commercial and strategic impact 
  • Managing projects end-to-end — from ideation through go-to-market strategy and implementation — ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget 
  • Promoting a culture of innovation and agility, acting as a catalyst for change and inspiring others to embrace new ways of thinking 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial, R&D, Strategy, Technology) to align innovation efforts with business objectives 
  • Engaging with external partners, industry experts, and customers to identify emerging trends and opportunities 

 

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulations, or risk management 
  • Proven track record in new business development, including selling new products/solutions to new customer bases 
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive change and motivate teams 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to adapt messaging to different audiences and stakeholders 
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural, global environments, with flexibility and resilience to adapt quickly 
  • Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, inspire a culture of innovation, and align initiatives with long-term strategic goals 
  • University or higher vocational education, ideally in Business Economics or a relevant discipline

Please note: this role is 100% in-office in New York City 

The base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The base pay is just one component of the total competitive compensation package for employees.
