We are looking for Infrastructure Development Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Clarivate's Ex Libris project. This position will enable you to participate in highly professional Infrastructure engineering team that collaborates with the other engineering and operations teams to shape our emerging IT and Cloud management solutions using innovative technologies.
4 years of experience in systems or infrastructure engineering within cloud or hybrid environments, supporting platforms, tools, and automation.
Strong Linux/Unix administration fundamentals (RedHat/CentOS/Oracle Linux or similar), including troubleshooting and operating systems at scale.
Hands-on scripting experience in Python or Bash for automation, tooling, or operational improvements.
Practical experience with containers and Kubernetes, including deployment, basic operations, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD concepts, along with a solid understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (networking, security, storage).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code or configuration management tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Exposure to monitoring, alerting, or log management tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, or similar).
Familiarity with virtualization platforms like RedHat KVM or VMware vSphere in on‑prem or hybrid setups.
Experience using Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab) and collaborative workflows.
Awareness of secrets management solutions, including HashiCorp Vault or cloud-native alternatives.
Design, build, and maintain simple, reliable, and automated infrastructure solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Develop and enhance automation and tooling to improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Research and recommend standards, tools, and technologies in collaboration with senior engineers and architects.
Support high availability, security, and stability of infrastructure by implementing established best practices.
Ensure solutions align with company security, compliance, and operational standards.
