We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead and manage complex SaaS implementation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of technical integrations and a proven track record in managing projects involving Atlassian products and solutions. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification and have extensive experience in SaaS implementations.
Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple SaaS implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Technical Integration: Oversee the integration of SaaS solutions with existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, and Sales, to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues that arise.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, with a focus on technical integrations.
• Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
• Atlassian Expertise: Proven experience with implementing Atlassian products and solutions.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, integration methods, and security considerations.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor project teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with change management and project management frameworks.
• Current Atlassian Certifications are a plus.
