Position Summary Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on the nCino platform, Salesforce.com Platform, and technical design for clients over $25 billion in assets on primarily Partner led projects of focused scope under general direction. This position will also require SME and configuration on client paid engagements for optimisation enhancements and new feature implementations in Customer Success. Help customers to analyse their current architecture, define their target and develop a roadmap to implement our leading Bank Operating System built on Salesforce. You will then help them to realise the benefits of our Bank Operating System by being the Technical Lead for the Enterprise Delivery Team. This position is based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities
- This position is 80% Technical (drawing on technical and/or CRM product knowledge in advanced configurations of the Salesforce.com platform and development platforms), 10% Analysis, and 10% Project Management
- Work in tandem with the Direct Sales Team, Product Development Team and Professional Services Team to develop customized environments to help address prospect scenarios during the sales process
- Contribute and/or lead prospect specific inquiries and scoping projects around implementation, nCino Support models, technical configuration, security and/or data integration
- Perform detailed analysis of technical requirements during sales cycle and while completing RFPs
- Demonstrate how to implement Salesforce.com security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups within an nCino demonstration environment
- Demonstrate how to create Salesforce.com custom objects, fields and editing page layouts within an nCino demonstration environment
- Demonstrate how to create Workflow and Approval Processes within an nCino demonstration environment
- Create dashboards and reports to represent prospect specific scenarios
- Load or export data via the Apex Data Loader and other tools
- Lead training webinars for nCino employees to explain recent release functionality, demonstration environment configuration and behavior
- Maintain training materials for new hires to help get them up to speed on the internal demonstration environment
Qualifications
Required:
- 4 years full-time Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience required, Salesforce.com certification a plus
- Familiar with European banking regulations and governance
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time
- Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates and email generation according to application requirements
- Knowledge of Security standards specific to the financial services industry
- Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL skills
- Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly professional with strong communication skills especially in solving complex credit-related challenges in the financial services industry
- Fluent in English; additional language fluency preferred including Spanish, German and/or French
- Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary
Desired:
- Salesforce.com certification
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce
- Knowledge of Form Generation tools such as Conga and Drawloop

- Bachelor’s degree required
Additional Information
- Position is located in Australia and requires 30-40% travel in APAC with occasional travel to the nCino offices in the United States
- Will be expected to travel to nCino headquarters in North Carolina, USA for initial job training

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The base salary range for this job is:
$99,800.00 - $164,700.00
