Experlogix is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Implementation consultant CPQ.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Client Focus
- Ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations.
- Hold discovery workshops with customers and partners and create solution designs.
- Create user stories and estimates.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Operational & Strategic
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth project handoffs and client success.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic improvements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and support other team members.
- Foster a culture of trust, open communication, and accountability.
- Encourage innovation and empower other team members to take initiative.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations.
- In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP).
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous learning.
- English (C1) and German (C2) language advanced level required.
Preferred
- Dutch language skills.
