Provides technical support for CPQ software and integrations with ERP, CRM, databases, and web applications. Provide technical expertise for Experlogix CPQ Design Center: diagnose and reproduce complex configuration, pricing, and document-generation issues; analyze configurations and data using SQL/FetchXML/OData; produce bug reports and guidance; collaborate with product, development, and services teams; maintain knowledge base and participate in testing and validation.

Serve as the operational backbone for Product & Engineering by facilitating planning, improving backlog readiness, managing dependencies and cadences, maintaining KPI dashboards in Jira, and driving process improvements to increase delivery predictability and cross-team coordination.

Provide Tier II technical support for CPQ software and ERP/CRM integrations. Diagnose SQL Server, web application, database, and integration issues; collaborate with Engineering and Professional Services; document root causes and resolutions; identify recurring problems; and improve support processes and customer experience. The role requires troubleshooting expertise, SQL knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft and web technologies, and strong communication skills. It is remote within the United States or Canada.

Lead CPQ implementations by running discovery workshops, designing solutions, creating user stories and estimates, configuring CPQ systems, integrating with ERP/CRM, resolving issues, collaborating across sales/product/support, and mentoring team members to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Design, build, and operate end-to-end AI automations and data pipelines: extract and prepare data, orchestrate LLM-based agentic workflows on Azure, integrate with systems of record, and implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails. Maintain Power BI reporting and semantic models, join discovery workshops to assess feasibility, and build reusable automation patterns that deliver measured business impact.
