We are looking for a Senior Imaging Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.
Our Senior Imaging Operations Managers are responsible for leading a team of 250+ employees to coordinate and execute the implementation of our digitization programs and service offerings. In addition, this candidate will ensure hands-on leadership, accountability, continuous improvement, and recommendations for management solutions upgrades.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall Positive Employee Experience, Customer Satisfaction and Safety within the specific market(s).
Provides leadership on all aspects of Operational Excellence and Service Level Agreements.
Oversees communication regarding day-to-day challenges/concerns from all sites providing Imaging Operations for Customers and other Government Imaging across the United States.
Responsible for the effective management of budget and personnel; accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items.
Ensures that all required resources including labor, service standards, computer time, supplies and facilities are available for program operations.
Manages programs including task deficiency identification, project design, development and execution; maintains close liaison with the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ Years Management experience preferably in Operations, Sales, Federal Contracting or Imaging Center preferred
Strong organization and planning skills for teams larger than 175 employees.
Experience in data reporting for trending, billing and production goals.
Skills - Strong organizational and planning; develop and implement strategic plans to meet service level agreements; clear and effective communication (written, oral & presentation) for both internal teams and customers; time management; and effective management skills, including proven ability to lead and motivate people.
Proficiency in computer skills in a PC environment including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
Must be willing and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
