Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Concept Artist to join our game art team. This role will focus on visual development of slot games, including themes, characters, environments, and key design directions. The ideal candidate should have strong ideation skills, the ability to translate game concepts into compelling visuals, and the capability to guide the team in maintaining a strong and consistent art direction.
Key Responsibilities
Create concept art for characters, environments, symbols, and UI elements
Develop mood boards, style frames, and visual directions
Explore multiple design variations and refine final direction
Ensure alignment with gameplay and theme
Define and maintain art style and visual consistency
Collaborate with designers, developers, and production teams
Mentor junior artists and provide feedback
Iterate quickly based on feedback and production constraints
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in concept art for games
Excellent understanding of composition, colour, lighting, and storytelling
Strong proficiency in Photoshop and digital painting
Ability to create quick sketches and high-quality renders
Understanding of game art pipelines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Experience
5–8 years of experience in concept art (gaming or iGaming preferred)
