Senior ICT Solutions Architect / Consultant

We are seeking a well-structured and experienced Senior ICT Solutions Architect / Consultant to join our team.

The Senior ICT Solutions Architect/Consultant is a critical and highly strategic role within the organization, responsible for providing both technical leadership and consultative guidance to ensure the successful delivery of major projects across both the public and private sector. As the organization undertakes new and highly significant initiatives, this role will be pivotal in designing, implementing and guiding ICT solutions that are secure, scalable, innovative and aligned with business and sector-specific priorities.

The organization will rely heavily on this role to bridge the gap between business needs and technology outcomes, ensuring that ICT solutions deliver measurable value, comply with regulations and support long-term growth. The ICT Solutions Architect/Consultant will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders — including executives, business leaders, project teams and IT specialists — to guide decision-making and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across business and IT functions to understand requirements and translate them into effective ICT solutions
• Provide consultative advice and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation
• Design end-to-end ICT architectures that incorporate infrastructure, applications, cloud, networking, and security components
• Develop solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, and design documentation for critical initiatives
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to support innovation and business growth
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing insights on risks, opportunities, and solution options
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between ICT strategies and organizational objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cisco certifications) highly regarded
• Extensive experience in ICT solution architecture and consulting, with a track record of delivering complex and high-value projects

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making at all levels
• Expertise in ICT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, and cybersecurity
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical and business considerations
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
