We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration & Workflow Specialist to strengthen the team within the context of system merger and optimization projects (optimization & transformation). The role focuses on workflow automation, system integrations, and API management in an enterprise banking environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) for business processes and case management
- Develop and manage integrations using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging)
- Participate in system integration architecture (core banking, legacy systems, external services)
- Implement and manage the API lifecycle (design, exposure, governance)
- Optimize performance and handle troubleshooting in production environments
- Collaborate with business & IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support migration / consolidation activities resulting from mergers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IBM BAW and IBM ACE / Integration Bus
- Strong knowledge of Java (Spring / enterprise development)
- Experience with REST / SOAP APIs, messaging (MQ, event-driven architectures and integration patterns
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and banking environments
- Troubleshooting and production support
