YOUR MISSION
  • Enge proaktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen HR-Kompetenzcentern
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Prozesse und Instrumentarien  
  • Mitverantwortung bei der Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen in den betreuten Fachbereichen
  • Gestaltung und Steuerung von Talent Management-Prozessen und Instrumenten
  • Durchführung von Einzelcoachings und Mediationen
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Sonderprojekten.

YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in BWL, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar, mit Fokus auf HR
  • Mindestens 5-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal, P&O Business Partnering; praktische Erfahrung in operativen Personalprozessen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich deutsches Arbeitsrecht und Personalmanagement
  • Professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Eigenständige, effiziente, genaue und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Engagement und Eigeninitiative
  • Spaß an der kollaborativen Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sowie hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, Workday Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil
  • Diese Position ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit verfügbar.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent with HR focus
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience in HR, P&O Business Partnering, and operational HR processes
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and personnel management
  • Experience conducting individual coaching and mediations
  • Experience in change and organizational development and talent management processes
  • Professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent, efficient, accurate, and proactive working style
  • High flexibility, commitment, and initiative
  • Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
  • Fluent English and excellent German language skills, spoken and written
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • Workday knowledge
