YOUR MISSION- Partner as a trusted and hands-on HR Business Partner and primary HR point of contact for managers and employees across assigned business areas, providing pragmatic and business-focused people solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end HR operational excellence for all aspects of the HR Life Cycle including but not limited to recruitment, workforce planning, compensation, talent management and development, productivity, recognition, on- and offboarding.
- Analyse workforce and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into targeted actions that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Coach and advise line managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.
- Support organizational development, change management, and transformation initiatives.
- Build and maintain constructive and trust-based relationships with works councils, ensuring compliance with local Labor regulations and collective agreements.
- Promote and strengthen company culture, motivation, and adherence to the company’s values and code of conduct.
- Collaborate closely and proactively with the HR Center of Excellence.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience as a proactive, hands-on HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the capability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
- Comprehensive understanding of German Labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices, with a demonstrated ability to balance compliance requirements with business objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-confident, trustworthy personality and working independently with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) is a must have.
- Analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday).

Skills Required
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent with HR focus
- At least 5-6 years of professional experience in HR, P&O Business Partnering, and operational HR processes
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and personnel management
- Experience conducting individual coaching and mediations
- Experience in change and organizational development and talent management processes
- Professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
- Independent, efficient, accurate, and proactive working style
- High flexibility, commitment, and initiative
- Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
- Fluent English and excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Very good MS-Office skills
- Workday knowledge
