Position Overview
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will strategically coach and consult with the Product and Technology business unit leadership to find the most effective address business needs. This individual will be responsible for deployment of HR programs and will serve as a consultant to all levels within the organization, serving as a business and employee advocate.
The Sr. HR Business Partner will work directly with Director and VP level Leadership regarding change initiatives, performance decisions/actions, talent management and development, retention and engagement, employee communication, diversity and various other HR programs in support of achieving business goals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR objectives with the overall business strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and drive productivity through HR support and consultation
  • Continuously develop business acumen to provide HR consultation that is tied to business objectives
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and programs to support organizational goals.
  • Lead initiatives related to organizational design, restructuring, and change management.
  • Identify talent gaps and develop plans to address them through talent attraction, training, and succession planning.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity within the organization.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to proactively address performance and development needs.
  • Co-design and facilitate leadership development programs to build managerial capabilities within the organization.
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution across multiple levels within the organization.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with other functional areas such as Talent Management, Learning & Development, Finance, IT, and Operations to address cross-functional issues and initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent within the organization, driving cultural and organizational change initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in strategic HR projects such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, or new initiatives.


Education And Experience

  • 7+ years of experience across HR Generalist and Specialist areas & 2+ years supporting Product and Technology business in as an HR Business Partner
  • Executive presence: resilience, consultative style, & ability to articulate complex ideas into simple terms
  • Progressive approach to HR practices
  • Experience supporting technology or digital organizations
  • Experience leading or partnering with Org Design/Org Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Recruiting, and Total Rewards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field
  • Well-developed industry knowledge, market insight, and proven enterprise thinking
  • Demonstrable experience developing partnerships with business leaders, particularly in helping them manage significant organizational change during periods of realignment and growth
  • Holding HR professional certifications (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Travel up to 25%

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $98,000- $115,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here .
