This role covers everything from building world-class FDE capabilities to scaling the teams that deliver them, and it sits where people, AI and business transformation meet. It calls for a hands-on builder, build traditonal approaches. You will connect people decisions to customer outcomes, studio capacity, delivery quality and cost-to-serve. You will redesign work, roles and teams so engineers and AI agents work together seamlessly.
