  • Partner with other Compensation team to design, build, and maintain advanced compensation plans in Workday, including plans that leverage scorecards and STI-style plan structures.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance Workday compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics to support compensation planning, program administration, and data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Compensation and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program design requirements into Workday configurations that reflect approved plan rules, scorecard logic, and business requirements.
  • Manage system change requests for compensation program updates through a structured change control process, documenting configurations, test outcomes, and approvals.
  • Perform testing and validation for compensation system changes, annual cycle builds, and Workday releases to ensure stability and accuracy across all broad-based programs.
  • Support data integrity initiatives by conducting regular audits of compensation data in Workday, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with HR Operations and Payroll.
  • Stay current on Workday Compensation releases and proactively assess the impact of system updates on broad-based compensation configurations and reporting.
  • Maintain technical documentation for all configurations, reporting logic, and system processes to support knowledge continuity and audit readiness.
  • Support audit and compliance activities by providing system documentation, configuration records, and reporting outputs as needed.
